I take a couple of different approches to my work. I really like to make purely sculptural objects. Things that make you stop and say “what’s that doing here”. The materials I work with lend themselves to whatever style I’m trying to achieve. My ceramic is organic, with lots of time spent trying to give the work it’s own history. My woodworking tends to be more sponteneous. I like to just pop a quick idea or sketch into exsistance.
My recent work has been much more functional. Working with my dad as programmer and brother as engineer, I’ve been designing home furnishings like clocks and stereos with a nod toward clissic craftsmanship.
My work is for sale. for information on availabiltiy contact me through my email address
