Amanda holds a BFA from Herron School of Art & Design where she focused in printmaking and drawing. Following her undergrad education, Amanda worked for 5 years in a local business supporting and selling the works of local artists and facilitating a small gallery within the shop. Amanda currently works in Finance for a global tech company, but spends her free time practicing her creative skills at home.

Poetry and writing has been a passion of hers since childhood, and Amanda’s higher education studies began in creativing writing before focusing in visual arts. As a means of trauma therapy, her visual work focuses on the body, and often self-portraiture. Poetry and literary works are often inspired by her childhood, growing up in small-town Indiana.
