“I view my work as an opportunity to investigate the relationship between people, actions and environments using a juxtaposition of common objects. I utilize motion, fabricated objects, mechanical components and computer animation to create comparative or symbiotic circumstances.” – Andy Hunter
Hunter has a lot of experience building and installing public art for other artists locally and regionally. Including Patrick Dougherty, Tom Otterness (de-install), Greg Hull, Bernie Carreno, The Indianapolis Art Center, Truman Lowe and many others. This is an area of his own work he would like to address more.
