Licensed artist, Anne Bond combines good color sense with design inspiration from ancient textiles, quilts, folk art, vintage prints and nature. Her collection features custom floor cloths, paintings on canvas, paper & wood.
Introduced in the 1700’s, floor cloths (canvas rugs) covered the dirt packed floors of pioneer America. This “poor man’s carpet” was practical in expense and often elegant in expression. Annie’s original floor cloths are hand painted, block printed or stenciled on heavy canvas, and protected with layers of acrylic urethane.
