Rough Draft of Artwork Due: July 28th
Event Date: August 11th
Description: We would like to hire a live painter to paint during the ribbon-cutting event for the IndyGo East Campus building in Lawrence. We want the subject of the painting to be the building itself. We would like you to paint for the 3-hour event, but we expect you to need to work outside of those 3 hours as well for having a rough draft, setting up for the event, finishing touches after the event, etc.
Wall Space (Canvas will be hung here): 11’ 11.5” W x 13’ H
Canvas size preference: 60” x 40”
Artist Provides: Paint, Supplies, and Canvas (can discuss)
IndyGo Provides: Payment for artwork creation + payment/reimbursement for paint, supplies, and canvas.
